Meet The Team
Michelle – Office Manager
Michelle has worked in the medical field since 1997, with over 20 of those years at Panama City Plastic Surgery. She is very knowledgeable about plastic surgery and the services we offer. She helps to navigate our patients through the complexity of surgeries, scheduling and answering questions. She will tell you the most rewarding part of her job is getting to know our patients on a personal level and helping them navigate through every stage of their surgical journey. She will do her utmost to ensure you receive quality care in a caring environment. When not working, Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband, son and fur babies, Gator and Blue, attending Florida Gators Football games (Go Gators!) and relaxing with friends and family.
Nicole – Medical Assistant:
Nicole graduated with a BS in Biology majoring in parasitology, which she used to do medical research for 5 years. She obtained a degree in Culinary Arts and received the Escoffier Award. She is also a certified fitness instructor and taught Silver Sneakers for over 4 years. Nicole uses her past experiences and love of people to provide a safe and caring environment for our patients at Panama City Plastic Surgery. When she is not working, Nicole enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, yoga and playing her PS5.
Jennifer – Medical Assistant:
Jennifer has been with Panama City Plastic Surgery since 2018. She has a broad knowledge of plastic and hand surgery. She loves seeing the transformation of our patients and the confidence that aesthetic surgery procedures provide. She is happy to answer any of your questions regarding your surgery. When Jennifer is not working, she enjoys spending time with friends, family and fur baby, Marty, time at the beach or out on the water.
Kelsey – Receptionist:
Kelsey has been with Panama City Plastic Surgery since 2022. She is often the first person prospective patients speak with, providing them with information and answering all of their initial questions. Her friendly demeanor will make you feel at ease right away. When Kelsey is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two fur babies, Remi and Cash.
