Michelle Biletnikoff - Office Manager: Michelle has been working in the medical field since 1997. She is very knowledgeable about plastic surgery and the services we offer. Nancy Martin, LPN - Nancy graduated from Tom P. Haney Vocational Center in 1984. She has been working with Dr. Mockler since 1997. Nancy has twelve years experience in surgery and previous nursing experience in internal medicine, and is member of the American Society of Plastic Surgery Assistants. Nancy assists Dr. Mockler with office visits, consultations, in-office procedures, patient history and physicals, pre-operative and post-operative care, as well as all surgical procedures at Gulf Coast Medical Center, Bay Medical Center, Panama City Surgery Center, and Northwest Florida Surgery Center. Nancy's smile and caring attitude contribute to the atmosphere of our practice.

Christine Youngblood - Insurance and Accounts Manager: Christine has enjoyed working in the medical field for many years. She brings much valuable expertise to our practice. She works in the billing and insurance area and she understands all the aspects of how a successful plastic surgery office should operate. Christine would be happy to assist you in any questions regarding your insurance needs.

Mavis Nowell - Mavis has been a Board Certified Permanent Cosmetic Technician since 1996. She has training in Paramedical and Advanced Training in Permanent Cosmetics and Pigment mixing. All instruments come prepackaged, sterile and disposable. Mavis is a member of the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals and the American Institute of Permanent Color Technology. She is very knowledgeable and will gladly answer any questions or concerns you may have regarding permanent cosmetics.
